The menu for the EuroWest banquet has been released, and the details follow.
The dinner will be held at the Hiller Aviation Museum on July 23rd 2011 at 5:30PM.
The style is “Texas Barbecue” the price will be $43 per person.
The menus options are as follows:
Appetizers
- Vegetable pinwheels with garlic cheese
- Lemon Chili Prawns
Dinner
- Mesquite Smoked Pork Ribs served with Award Winning BBQ Sauce
- Our Award Winning Marinated Tri Tip served with our world famous Whisky Pepper Steak Sauce and a selection of BBQ Sauces
- Southwestern Marinated Chicken grilled to perfection
- Hand made Sausage grilled and served with a variety of mustards
Each dinner option is served with the following Sides:
- Seasoned Fresh Corn on the Cob
- Longhorn Potato Salad
- Caesar Salad
- Fruit Salad
- Cowboy Beans
- Bread
We will accommodate requests for a vegetarian menu also.
We will try to accommodate your request as late as possible, but we will have only very limited seating available for people that request seats after the 15th of July.
